Well I just recently decided to create this blog to help me stay focussed and keep track of what I’m doing. I am going into this with the idea that I am just trying to get healthier. I am about 50lbs overweight. I would love to lose those 50lbs. I do not have a time limit but I would like to see a decent amount of progress by the end of the year. I want to be done knowing I am not only at the weight I am hoping, but to look and feel healthy and toned.
